As Halloween gets closer and horror films reach peak demand, I was lucky enough to be sent a copy of Familiar (2012) a short film from writer/director Richard Powell and his production company Fatal Pictures, it isn’t the usual straight forward horror more a mixture of genres, dark psychological drama horror all squeezed into a 20 minute run time.
“Overall I will be hard pushed to see a better made horror short this year, with all aspects of the film being a credit to the crew involved and am excited to see what they come up with next.”
